Moonambel Gap Olives is situated in the Pyrenees Ranges of Central Victoria, the heart of Pyrenees Wine Country. Moonambel is a small town, its name is a local Aboriginal term meaning "Hollow in the Hills". The grove has 850 trees, made up of the varieties Correggiola, Frantoio and Manzanillo situated on approximately 4 hectares of the property.

Dairy Flat Farm by Lake House is a regenerative growing facility established to provide much of the raw ingredients needed for the 2 chef hat kitchen at Lake House, Daylesford. The grounds include not only the productive farm gardens but also olive grove, orchard, medicinal herb and flower garden, rejuvenated vineyard of chardonnay and pinot grapes, bee hives, ornamental gardens.
