We are a truffle farm and restaurant located on 26 acres in the Central Highlands. Visit us in summer or winter to experience your very own truffle hunt, fine dining using our home grown delicacies, and our picturesque surrounds.

Truffle Treasures was established in 2007 in the Goldfields Region of central Victoria using Holly Oak trees inoculated with Tuber melanosporum (the Perigord black truffle).

We welcome visitors to our purpose-built Truffle Treasure Trove, which provides dedicated space for showcasing the extraordinary characteristics of the mysterious black truffle – in the comfort of our cosy wood fire.

Mineral Springs Truffles is a beautiful family-owned and run Truffiere set on 15 acres in the picturesque hamlet of Spargo Creek. For the past decade they have been interested in fungi, including the health benefits, and the adventure of finding wild fungi and cultivating their own.
