At Happy Scraps, we’re all about embracing the circular economy by taking fresh, nutritious produce at risk of going to waste and transforming it into affordable, delicious meals for the whole family. Our Scraps-to-Table initiative shows how simple it is to turn what some may see as "scraps" into hearty, healthy dishes that support both our community and the planet.

Grainery Lane Distillery produces spirits, including Gin and Vodka, made from local grain, herbs, berries and botanicals. The venue is a one-of-a-kind saloon-style bar that brings back the glitz and glamour of the city’s goldrush era in Ballarat, Victoria. Guests can dine in, sample the wares or enjoy an immersive Gin Workshop, where the art of gin-making comes to life!

Kilderkin Distillery is an artisan producer of spirits including the much-loved Larrikin brand of gin and gin liqueurs and our recently released Kilderkin whisky. Combining traditional distilling methods with contemporary approaches they offer a range of spirits and liqueurs including those for the classic drinker as well as for those seeking to explore spirits incorporating native Australian ingredients.

Itinerant Spirits is a multi-spirits destination based in Ballarat

We are a small family run business that has been brewing since 2005. Located in Ballarat we began to make spirits in 2021 using a Tasmania make pot still. We make a selection of different craft beers and spirits.

Family owned, family run. Mrs Baker’s Still House is located at Wimmera Hills Winery; where Jane and Benjamin Baker planted a vineyard and raised their kids on the farm. In 2016 they delved into their next adventure, the distillation of gins and liqueurs. Many of the botanicals used in the gins are grown in Mrs Baker’s gin garden.
