Beckworth Retreat

Beckworth Retreat has Australian White Sheep on a property near Mt Beckworth. These sheep are hardy, shedding sheep that have been recently bred in the highlands of NSW. The meat is high in Omega 3 with a low melting point for the fat resulting in deliciously tender roast dishes. These premium lamb cuts are provided in the Paddock to Plate business - both delivered to the door in bulk or available in individual cuts at our local Talbot Farmers Market. Barbara and Bradley follow regenerative practices to improve the soil and take great pride in their gentle handling of the ewes and lambs.
