Springhill Farm
In 1984, Ray and Jo started hosting school and kindergarten children for a day on the farm, which finished with a muesli slice. Word got out and slice making became a full time job, and the rest is history. Now, Springhill Farm has grown into a national brand and employs over 50 people.

Remi's Gourmet is a local Ballarat producer of gourmet products. The range of gourmet products reflects the wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm that has accumulated over a passionate career. Each product has been carefully handcrafted to bring the essence of a diverse and enticing flavour directly to your table.
The 5th Season
We produce inland salt and spice rubs, sauces and condiments that that are all Australian. The 5th Season is a true artisanal salt. All-natural, all-Australian inland salt. We harvest our salt from Lake Tyrrell in Australia’s Mallee region, using a system of evaporation, rainwater washing and hand-sieving. The 5th Season Founder Frank Gillett is a passionate salt connoisseur.
Lucky & James
As a chocolatier with 20 years’ experience, Jade Davidson chose to set up her own small business in Ballarat in 2020, and Lucky & James was born. Jade makes handmade chocolate bars and loves to share delicious flavours using only quality ingredients.

A fervent foodie, Tim’s ethos is all about supporting community, showcasing local fare and serving up hearty dishes that ooze joy, warmth and comfort. His range of condiments allows you to take some of that comfort home to enjoy with family and friends.

Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese
Since 2005 Nardia and Andrew of Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese have been making a variety of local cheeses including from fresh, surface ripened (brie/camembert), semi-hard, hard and blue vein cheeses. Great cheese can only be made with great milk and great milk comes from great pastures.
Michael Unwin Wines
We are winemakers and grape growers based on the outskirts of Ballarat. Established in 2000 we mainly make wines from Ballarat, Pyrenees and Grampians regions. Our cellar door is open 360 days a year.
Grainery Lane
Grainery Lane Distillery produces spirits, including Gin and Vodka, made from local grain, herbs, berries and botanicals. The venue is a one-of-a-kind saloon-style bar that brings back the glitz and glamour of the city’s goldrush era in Ballarat, Victoria. Guests can dine in, sample the wares or enjoy an immersive Gin Workshop, where the art of gin-making comes to life!
