Itinerant Spirits is a multi-spirits destination based in Ballarat
where we use a range of raw ingredients from the grounds of
Western Victoria to produce outstanding gin, vodka and whiskey.


We are a small family run business that has been brewing since 2005. Located in Ballarat we began to make spirits in 2021 using a Tasmania make pot still. We make a selection of different craft beers and spirits.
